THE ROLE

We are seeking a lawyer to join our growing personal injuries team. This position is on a permanent, full-time basis.

We will provide you with a collaborative environment, support, and the ability to develop your skills.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • 2+ years post-admission experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • An ability to build relationships and trust;
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent organisational skills, with high attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills, and commitment to drive matters to resolution in a timely manner;
  • The ability to speak to clients from different backgrounds;
  • A solutions focused outlook with a proactive approach to deliver quality outcomes;
  • A desire to learn and grow.

Desirable criteria:

  • Experience in conducting litigation in Courts and WorkCover WA;
  • Experience with conciliation conferences or mediations;
  • Experience in personal injury or insurance law;
  • Experience with Actionstep, or other legal software.
