The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious and driven Senior Resourcer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a successful career in recruitment with a supportive, high-performing team in one of the most exciting and fast-paced sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates across Digital, Sales, and Marketing.

- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-calibre candidates.

- Providing expert market insights and recruitment advice to candidates.

- Staying ahead of industry trends in the Digital, Sales, and Marketing space

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in recruitment a successful track record as a Resourcer.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a competitive edge.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

  • Passion for recruitment and helping people achieve their career goals.

    Desirable:

  • Experience or knowledge of the Digital, Sales, or Marketing sectors.

  • Existing client or candidate networks.
