This is not your everyday build. This exclusive opportunity with Fortis Talent is for a Senior Project Manager to deliver a $21M commercial project in Castle Hill - constructing a new second floor on top of an existing operational building, while also delivering 1,000sqm of road removal and a brand-new car park. It's the kind of job that requires not just project management skills, but true leadership, foresight, and technical confidence.

You'll join a business that's experiencing rapid growth, with turnover now exceeding $30M. Off the back of a strong pipeline, they've recently moved into a brand new office in North Sydney, setting the stage for the next phase of expansion. The culture is collaborative and energetic - a team that celebrates success, but also rolls their sleeves up together when challenges arise.

In this role, you'll be trusted to:

  • Take full ownership of the program, budget, and procurement strategy.
  • Lead the structural extension: RC frames, structural steel, slabs, services coordination, roofing and solar integration.
  • Manage consultant and client relationships with confidence.
  • Oversee subcontractors across both the new floor build and external civil packages (road removal, car park, drainage, services relocation).
  • Drive HSEQ outcomes and ensure the project meets both program and quality expectations.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record delivering structural-heavy commercial/industrial builds ($10M–$30M).
  • Experience with complex extensions or live-site projects where planning and sequencing are key.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire subcontractors and work collaboratively with clients.
  • Someone hungry for their next step - looking for a role that will truly test and showcase their capability.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full working rights
