Major duties include:

  • Care Assessments
  • Government-Compliant Care Management Plans
  • Holistic outcomes-driven Care Planning
  • Operation of the Care Planning and other management systems
  • Personal care support; and Quality assurance

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor of Nursing or Enrolled Nurse or Clinical Nurse
  • Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience required
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Aged Care, Management) – Desirable
  • Certificate in a specific aged care-related discipline (Dementia care) - Desirable
  • Current First Aid & CPR; and
  • Driver's License with a car
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Must have Australian work authorisation
  • Good understanding of the Government funding environment for aged care (primarily HCP funding)
  • Basic awareness of HCP funding processes and requirements
  • Good knowledge of individual general assessment
  • Subscribe to a culture of teamwork, caring, and quality service
  • Proven leadership abilities, professionalism, a good reputation & respect for our staff, clients, and their families
  • It is also essential to have good judgment, quick decision-making, excellent communication, staff management, and administrative skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
