About the Role

As a Cadet, you will work closely with experienced consultants and gain hands-on experience in:

• Assisting with the preparation of building regulation reports and documentation
• Supporting project teams with compliance assessments and technical reviews
• Learning to interpret the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards
• Participating in client meetings and site visits
• Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and team development

Essential Criteria:
