About the Role
As a Cadet, you will work closely with experienced consultants and gain hands-on experience in:
- Assisting with the preparation of building regulation reports and documentation
- Supporting project teams with compliance assessments and technical reviews
- Learning to interpret the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards
- Participating in client meetings and site visits
- Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and team development

Essential Criteria:
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Building Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
