Your role

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Officer to join our amazing team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role can be based at any of our locations across Perth or the Lower Southwest.

Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, organise and schedule appointments between customers and clinicians
  • Utilise customised scheduling software and your superior analytical skills to set up, modify and maintain the scheduling of appointments for clinical teams
  • Work as part of the larger scheduling function to ensure scheduling for the entire business is completed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all information held on the scheduling system
  • Effectively communicate with possible demanding internal and external customers to diffuse conflict
  • Liaise with customers and clinicians via phone, email or in person in order to schedule, remind or follow up appointments
  • Resolve appointment conflicts for clinicians and customers in a time efficient manner
  • Provide assistance with caseload planning as required

What makes you the right candidate?

  • Previous scheduling experience, ideally within the allied health, NDIS or disability support sector
  • Sound knowledge of computer software applications such as scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Be a customer-centric Individual focusing on delivering extraordinary service
  • Analytical problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritisation tasks
  • A sense of responsibility and ownership of your role and responsibilities
  • High attention to detail
