Ionic Projects is a boutique builder specialising in premium multi-unit residential, luxury housing, and commercial developments across Perth. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator / Scheduler / Procurement Officer to join our team and play a vital role in estimating, scheduling, procurement, quoting, and contract administration.

In this multifaceted role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates, develop detailed project schedules, manage procurement and quoting processes, and administer contracts to support seamless project delivery. You'll collaborate closely with site teams, procurement, and contracts administration to ensure projects run on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Key duties include:


• Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities


• Developing and managing construction schedules using industry software


• Managing procurement and obtaining competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors


• Preparing, reviewing, and administering contracts and subcontractor agreements


• Liaising with suppliers and trades to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery


• Monitoring project progress against budgets and schedules


• Maintaining and updating estimating and procurement databases

You will need to demonstrate:


• Proven experience in residential or commercial construction estimating, scheduling, and procurement


• Strong contract administration and quoting skills


• Proficiency with estimating, scheduling, and procurement software


• Excellent organisational and communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as collaboratively
