Role: Pastry Chef

You will be responsible for producing a range of sweet and savory puff pastries, while ensuring top-notch quality and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pastry Preparation: Masterfully craft a range of croissants, balancing tradition with innovative flair.
  • Quality Control: Monitor consistency and presentation to maintain our high standards, ensuring the quality of each batch meets customer expectations.
  • Production Coordination: Oversee the full production cycle from mixing dough to cooling, coordinating the baking schedule for optimum freshness.
  • Decoration and Presentation: Glaze, decorate, and showcase pastries in an inviting display, highlighting signature items like the Dipcro.
  • Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure equipment and kitchen areas are spotless and up to code. Clean and maintain tools to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Food Safety: Uphold stringent food safety and hygiene standards in everything you do.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in food safety standards.
