We're a busy, community-loved 100% plant-based bakery on the Gold Coast, crafting handcrafted pies, pastries, donuts, croissants, and sweet treats. We're on the lookout for a skilled Baker / Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team at
Made With Love Bakery.

About the Role

  • 16+ hours/week, including weekends, early morning or late-night starts required
  • Responsible for producing a wide range of sweet and savoury baked goods
  • Follow daily production schedules to meet demand
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
  • Work closely with a small, supportive team to deliver consistently high-quality products

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Baking or Patisserie (essential)
  • Proven experience in lamination and batch baking
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited direction
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Passion for quality and consistency in every bake
  • While we are proudly plant-based, you don't need to be – we welcome all skilled bakers
