**Job Share Position - Afternoon Shift**

Christ Church Grammar School is a Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 Anglican day and boarding school for boys in Perth, Western Australia. With more than 1650 students, the School has a long and proud history of educational achievement and is one of the best performing, non-selective boys’ schools in Australia.

The School is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our Communication and Engagement Team. Applicants will have immaculate personal presentation along with a friendly welcoming personality and strong customer service skills. The role is varied with the main duties being answering the phone (CISCO Call Manager Console system), directing enquiries and the meet and greet of visitors and parents to the School.

This is a job share position and you will be working the afternoon shift Monday to Friday. Hours are 12.30pm to 5.00pm during School term time and 12.30pm to 4.00pm during the School holidays.

It is anticipated the successful applicant will hold appropriate qualifications and relevant experience. They will possess strong computer skills along with experience operating a large switchboard, excellent relationship management skills, be a self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently and as part of a team.

All staff are expected to be enthusiastic professionals and understand the ethos of an Anglican boys’ school.
