**About the Role**

The ICT Business Support Officer provides a customer focused information technology support service to VenuesWest users ensuring service requests are actioned in a timely manner or escalated for resolution where required. The role assists in maintaining the IT system, ensuring it is operating efficiently to meet the needs of the business. This includes providing first level support and analysis to staff as well as undertaking PC builds/equipment movements where required.

**This is a full time, permanent opportunity. While the position will be based at HBF Stadium in Mt Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.**

**About the Person**

**Qualifications / Certifications**

Desirable:

- ITIL (Information Technology Service Management) Certification.
- Microsoft Certifications on O365, Windows 10, Azure, Exchange.
