What You'll Be Doing:

  • Cooking across our diverse brands: a sophisticated premium venue, high-energy rock and roll catering, and large-scale external events.
  • Working alongside a passionate kitchen crew, ensuring every dish is stage-ready.
  • Adapt to different environments, from intimate VIP dinners to massive event crowds, without missing a beat.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety, because our fans and artists deserve the best.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned chef with proven leadership experience. You know how to run a tight ship, even when the tempo is fast.
  • A creative soul who isn't afraid to experiment with flavours and concepts.
  • Cool, calm, and collected under pressure. The show must go on, and you make sure it does.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to work varied hours that come with the events world.
  • Someone who genuinely loves food and understands how it connects people, whether they're in a concert hall or a field.
