About the role  

As our Remediation Officer, you'll coordinate and monitor the administration activities associated with registrar performance management including remediation approvals and Communication Skills Specialist allocations. Reporting to the Registrar Performance Review Lead, you'll work closely with national and regional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems.

As our Remediation Officer, you'll also:  

  • Provide support and clear communication to stakeholders on performance management policies, processes and outcomes.
  • Support performance management team with data reporting, workshop, and document management.
  • Maintain accurate remediation records, tracking, and compliance reporting.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and contribute to quality improvements in registrar support.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong administration and document coordination experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tasks.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Planner.
