About Your New Role

We are currently seeking a Hospitality Job Coach that has the power to connect with and inspire individuals with disabilities to assist our supported employees at our Monte Lupo Cafe in Eight Mile Plains. As a Job Coach you will work as coach and support our Supported Employees to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of hospitality to help them to achieve their personal employment goals.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with people living with a disability in an employment setting or direct support and training.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to motivate and engage others to meet the day-to-day objectives.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, multitask and respond to emergency situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within a team.

  • Hospitality Experience
  • Blue Card
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
