We are seeking a motivated & reliable Office Admin Assistant to join our team.
This position is being offered Full Time Monday to Friday.
Based in Penrith, we specialise in providing quality air conditioning solutions to builders, developers and the general public, at the highest level of service.
This diverse position requires exceptional attention to detail. Assisting the with office administration and the scheduling of both installation and service works, the Key Responsibilities of the role include the following:
- Job Management Data Entry including Scheduling, Daily Claims, Purchase Orders
- Assisting with Asset Management including updating our database for Classified Plant, Stock, Equipment & Vehicles as well as reporting;
- Assisting with Procurement & Cataloguing of goods and services and raising Purchase Orders;
- Customers service, liaising with manufacturers to schedule service and breakdown appointments, with allocation of recourses and staff
- Assist with recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, phone screens and reference checks;
- Reception duties, including handling incoming queries via phone & email, greeting visitors, managing office supplies & uniform orders; receiving and booking freight; and
- Performing other varied & relevant duties as required
- Salary commensurate with experience

- Professional written & verbal communication skills
- Be versatile to undertake various tasks and ability to work effectively in what can be a fast-paced environment which requires a 'can do' attitude, ability to apply your problem-solving skills and importantly attention to detail is key
- Be able to work autonomously and as a part of a team;
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word);
- High attention to detail & workplace safety
- Current Driver's License.
