Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling enquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Answer, direct, and manage phone calls while taking clear and accurate messages.
  • Process email and website orders promptly and accurately.
  • Keep customers updated on product and order status, ensuring communication is always timely and clear.
  • Resolve issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and assist on projects as needed.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to keep everything running seamlessly.
Qualifications
  • Experience in administration or customer service (aerospace or defence industry experience is a bonus, not a must).
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • SAP Business One knowledge (desirable, but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a knack for solving problems.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.
