Role Overview:

As Admin Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, promptly, and courteously. You will oversee administrative processes, support client inquiries, and lead a team to maintain excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage and oversee administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle client onboarding, contract management, and service scheduling.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and address issues or complaints efficiently.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and feedback.
  • Provide leadership, training, and motivation to the administrative team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in administrative management or customer service leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management software.
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and office management tools.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on customer service excellence.
