Role Overview:
As Admin Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, promptly, and courteously. You will oversee administrative processes, support client inquiries, and lead a team to maintain excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage and oversee administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle client onboarding, contract management, and service scheduling.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Monitor customer feedback and address issues or complaints efficiently.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to client accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and feedback.
- Provide leadership, training, and motivation to the administrative team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in administrative management or customer service leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management software.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and office management tools.
- Leadership experience with a focus on customer service excellence.
