Loan Processing Oversight: Supervise the entire loan lifecycle, guaranteeing the collection, verification, and adherence of documentation to regulatory standards.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary interface for clients, ensuring clarity and responsiveness to their inquiries during the application journey.
Cross-Functional Cooperation: Collaborate extensively with our sales unit to enhance the efficiency of loan submissions and verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Risk Identification and Mitigation: Recognize potential risks associated with loan applications, consistently aligning with organizational protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Document Management Excellence: Uphold meticulous record-keeping practices for loan transactions, maintaining utmost confidentiality and compliance with data protection protocols.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of loan packaging and processing experience.
Ability to review and interpret income documentation to assess client serviceability - Capability to manage a high-volume workload and excel in stressful situations
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Proactive mindset
- Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
