Generous Above Award Wages, starting at $27 increasing with experience.

Are you friendly, organised, and looking to join a professional healthcare team?

Our practice is welcoming and full of friendly dentists and great support staff. Experience preferred but not essential, we will train you step by step and support you in learning this diverse job.

The approximate hours are between 8.30am – 5.30pm, with later starts and finishes on Tuesdays (11am - 7.30pm) and Thursdays (10am - 6pm).

Key responsibilities?


•   Greeting all patients warmly


•   Assist Dentists chair side


•  Maintain a clean and sterile environment


•   Manage incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments


•   Process payments


•   Maintain and update patient records

What are we looking for?


•   The ability to work as part of a close-knit team


•   Previous experience preferred


•    Be friendly, patient centered and an enthusiastic team member


•    Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment


•    Computer literate, confident in medical software or willing to learn
