ROLE

This is a position created in response to growth and would see you appointed to one large project. 

This specific project is right that the early stages so will involve design, VE, Planning and Procurement and then move on to delivery.

You will be site based as the Project Lead for the successful delivery of a very high end luxury $100M++ Retirement Living project.

You can really run this one from start to finish and certainly put your yourself in the conversation for a Construction Manager position once you show how you can set up, run, deliver and close out a large project.

YOU

PM or SPM with experience driving $80m - $100m++ class 2 jobs.

Strong with procurement, cost reports & both head and sub-contract agreements and how to manage this down through your CA team.

Motivated, proactive & support project team from site or office.

Can have the hard conversations when needed but always come from a place of respect and factual info.

Strong team leader - hands on, drives performance with positivity, personality and professionalism. 

Builds people up instead of tearing them down and fosters a culture of continual improvement with lots of regular reviews & feedback.

Potentially an SPM ready to step up to Contracts Manager in the next 2years or so.

Can confidentially discuss numerous relevant projects that you have delivered from start to finish.
