The Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Virginia branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of client enquiries while providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attend to customer enquiries and RFQs, cost and prepare quotations
  • Serve customers in our Retail shop
  • Receive and process orders from customers
  • Source product from HoseCo's preferred suppliers
  • Raise sales orders and purchase orders in Pronto
  • Update customers on order status
  • Be trained and make Hose Assemblies
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the HoseCo product range and offer product-related solutions
  • Adhere to HSE standards and quality control procedures
  • Support and promote HoseCo's values
Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work closely with others in a team environment, as well as autonomously when required
  • Willing to adapt to changing business requirements

Our ideal candidate will have;

  • Previous experience in a customer service/sales role
  • Previous experience with industrial and hydraulic hose & fittings preferred but not essential
  • Current drivers' licence (manual)
  • Forklift licence

The successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months.
