Endress+Hauser Australia have an exciting full-time role available for an Industrial Engineer to join our Victorian team.

Role + Responsibilities:

  • Select correct instrumentation and industrial solutions required to improve operational processes for assigned industries
  • Identify and implement process performance, equipment optimization and improvements, which includes instrumentation, process improvements, and cost reduction to improve efficiency of operations
  • Assist clients in designing and testing existing methods process capabilities, establishing standards to optimize process and plant efficiency
  • Assess industrial processes by advising client on automation solutions using Endress+Hauser instrumentation and application parameters and implement required corrective action
  • Apply engineering knowledge of industrial processes, components and instrumentation as well as Endress+Hauser systems designed for control systems for industrial applications required for medium to large scale production projects.

Skills + Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar or like role
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Technical and/or Industry experience or knowledge would be ideal
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship development skills
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail
  • Team player but able to work independently
  • SAP and CRM tool (Salesforce) would be highly regarded
  • Keeping up to date with our existing and new instrumentation products
  • Liaising with logistics and other business units
