We're a small dynamic team on the beautiful Central Coast, NSW, seeking a passionate individual with a thirst to learn to join our ranks in a permanent part-time role. Full time role is available to the right candidate. This is your chance to make a real impact across various aspects of our marine industry business, from ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes, to assisting with marketing tasks and communications to our diverse customer base.

About the Role:

In this diverse role, you'll be a key player supporting our business and communications functions. You'll leverage your tenacity, creativity and organizational skills to develop and execute various initiatives and tasks for our growing marine products and services. You'll also provide essential support with day-to-day business operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

• Business Support Ninja:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the small team.

  • Assist with creating and maintaining technical documentation for our marine products.

  • Maintain a well-organised and efficient work environment.

  • Clear and effective communications with diverse client base.

• Marketing Rockstar:

  • Looked as highly valuable to the role is the capacity to support day to day marketing functions - either creation or liaising with a marketing contractor to facilitate the needs of the business.

    • Develop engaging content for our website and social media channels, showcasing our passion for the marine industry.

    • Assist with crafting and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

    • Manage and update website content, ensuring it's fresh, informative, and user-friendly.

    • Manage packaging design and production, ensuring it's sustainable and environmentally conscious.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for organisation & communication.

• Can work within a small team, often autonomously due to owners extensive travel schedules.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.

• Is a self-starter with excellent project management skills.

• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Is a team player with a positive and can-do attitude.

• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Adobe suite and social media platforms.

• Experience with video creation is a bonus.

• Shares our passion for boating, the ocean, and environmental protection.
