We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team within a multi-venue hospitality group spanning the Central Coast, Hunter and North Coast regions. This is your chance to take ownership of exciting projects, from venue rebrands and renovations to social campaigns and promotions that drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
- Direct and collaborate with the team to produce multimedia content that aligns with each venue's brand guidelines.
Branding:
- Oversee the development and implementation of venue brand guidelines.
- Assist with renovation planning and implementation to ensure consistency with brand identity.
Social Media Management
- Oversee the scheduling, posting, and performance monitoring of social media content.
- Engage with online communities and contribute ideas to enhance presence and audience connection.
Promotions & Events
- Plan and execute marketing events and promotions, from logistics through to stakeholder management.
- Ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver memorable guest experiences.
Data & Analytics
- Monitor key marketing metrics including website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaign performance.
- Assist in reporting and evaluation to optimise ongoing initiatives.
Market Research
- Stay across industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Provide input to inform strategy and support decision-making.
Graphic Design Support
- Oversee and assist in producing marketing collateral using design software.
- Collaborate with the design team to deliver visually appealing content.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Marketing/Communications degree advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly regarded.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative, enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
