In this newly created role, you will work closely with our NSW State Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver major events across the state.

From initial client contact to bump-out, you will be the key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams — ensuring every project runs smoothly, safely, and successfully.

You will use your sales expertise and event operations experience to turn ideas into seamless, memorable experiences — all while building strong, lasting relationships and keeping projects on time and on budget.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead & motivate teams to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics, equipment, and staffing for major events.
  • Liaise directly with clients, partners, and site stakeholders to ensure all expectations are exceeded.
  • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments with precision and professionalism.
  • Oversee on-site operations — from setup to pack-down — resolving challenges swiftly.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and manage costs to achieve business targets.
  • Deliver post-event reports and debriefs to support continuous improvement.
  • Represent TFH as a trusted, solutions-focused partner at all times.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in event or project management, preferably within construction, logistics, or hire industries.
  • Strong budget management and cost-control skills.
  • Outstanding time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Calm, confident, and solutions-driven under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends when events demand it.
  • Current driver's licence (forklift licence highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • A self-motivated, results-focused attitude with a passion for teamwork.
