Job Summary:

The role provides data entry and clerical assistance to the accounts and office team at Brastin Roofing. The primary focus is on accurate processing of supplier and client invoices, to support smooth financial operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter supplier invoices and match with orders raised.
  • Assist with accounts receivable data entry, including raising invoices
  • Maintain digital and paper records, ensuring filing systems are up to date.
  • Monitor folders in the accounts email inbox as directed
  • Provide general administrative support to office team

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous office/admin experience preferred but not required.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Office knowledge.
  • Willingness to learn MYOB and company systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive in completing tasks.
