Knotwood is a privately owned company based in Stapylton, Queensland.

**The Role**

To be successful in this role you will have administration and accounting experience, a great attitude, a good eye for detail and an eagerness to learn new things. We're looking for a person who loves what they do as you will play a key role in ensuring critical export, invoicing / credit and reporting documentation are accurate and delivered in a timely fashion.

**Skills & Experience**:
The successful applicant must have previous experience in an accounting role including but not limited to:

- Experience with Xero Accounting Software and Microsoft Office / Google Docs is essential to be considered for this role;
- Solid experience in an accounts position;
- Excellent in data analysis using Excel
- Experience in Payroll
- Data entry and document review with very strong attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A positive and proactive approach.
- Tertiary qualification in accounting desirable or close to completion.

**Hours of Work**

38 hour week, full time position. Monday to Friday

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
