We support participants to dance to their own tune, and we're looking for Disability Support Workers who share our passion for independence, joy, and excellence.

  • Support participants to live independently and confidently in their homes and communities
  • Encourage choice, connection, and personal growth with creativity and warmth

  • Bring a light-hearted, positive energy that sparks smiles and celebrates life's dance

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services is highly regarded (but not essential if you have the right attitude)
  • A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability to live their best life
  • Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR certificate, Manual Handling certificate and driver's licence
