About the Role

This is not a typing or transcription role. Instead, you'll be part of the quality control and operations team, ensuring that all documentation and reports meet our high standards before reaching our clients.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to join our high-performing team in a remote working arrangement. You'll be supported by an experienced team that values training, mentorship, and professional development - we're here to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing quality assurance checks, editing, and final formatting of medical reports
  • Preparing and maintaining doctor CVs and sample reports for presentations and legal use
  • Liaising with doctors, typists, legal clients, and internal staff to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Supporting the broader reports team with process improvement and document control

About You

  • Background in administration, ideally with exposure to medical/medico-legal processes
  • Strong familiarity with medical terminology and professional document formatting
  • Experience with AMA guides (desirable)
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication skills
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office, and confidence working across workflow systems and databases
  • A proactive, organised approach - you're able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
  • Calm under pressure and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
