About The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Medical Administrator
to join our Radiologist Support Team on a
Permanent Full-Time
basis. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, administration and customer service, and

looking to further their skills by providing quality control and support to a team of radiologists.

This role will be based at our
Sydney Head Office
which is located right in the centre of the Sydney CBD near QVB. Each day is a new day with supportive training from day one, you will be part of a great team that work closely together.

You Will

  • First and foremost, provide high-quality customer service and strive towards excellence in everything you do.
  • Provide support to our practices with appointment bookings, patient support, and other administrative duties.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to radiologists, including proof reading, reviewing, auditing, and editing typed reports.
  • Work with a broad range of stakeholders, including connecting radiologists with referring doctors.

About You
Alongside your experience in medical administration and excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, you will also have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative where required.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work flexible hours.
  • A proactive approach and good work ethic.
  • Experience using medical software, in particular any radiology information system (RIS) - Desirable
  • Previous experience using Comrad or PACS - Desirable
