We offer quality dining, top-tier entertainment, a bustling sports lounge, and play a major role in supporting local groups through our ClubGRANTS initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee all club operations—including dining, events, gaming, and member services—to ensure the highest standards of efficiency, compliance, and financial performance.
  • Community Engagement: Continue our legacy of meaningful relationships through the ClubGRANTS Program, partnerships with local organizations, and excellent service to our valued members.
  • Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and lead a team committed to delivering a memorable club experience, maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, compliance, board reporting, policy implementation, and risk mitigation across all departments.
  • Growth & Innovation: Identify and execute innovative strategies to enhance our offerings, drive member engagement, and ensure the Club's long-term success.

About You:

  • Proven leadership in hospitality, clubs, or similar environments.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with experience in managing budgets, teams, and compliance requirements.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
  • Energetic, approachable, and community-minded.
  • Mandatory qualifications:
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG)
  • Advanced Licensee Training
