In your role as General Manager of Eurobodalla Shire Council, your primary goals will be to collaborate effectively with Councillors and the Community, nurture a values-driven culture, and achieve robust financial and operational outcomes. Leading a progressive regional council, you will strive to make a lasting impact and deliver exceptional results for the community.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification or significant senior management experience, a proven track record in complex service delivery environments, excellent financial acumen, and highly developed communication skills.
