With existing stores in Sydney, Central Coast and Melbourne, we are excited to be opening our newest store in Bega.

The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Manager and Casual Team Members to join our growing retail team. In this role, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience by offering expert product advice, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by helping shoppers find the perfect fit.
  • Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store.
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
  • Assisting with stock replenishment and general store duties.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Weekend availability is essential – flexibility for additional shifts is a plus.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred, does notneed to be in footwear– full training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks like restocking.
