Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Darwin, NT, for a Grants Management Team Leader. The Grants Management Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the grants management process, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing a team. Daily tasks will include designing and implementing grant programs, reviewing applications, monitoring fund use, preparing reports, and providing training and support to team members.

  • Proficiency in reviewing applications, monitoring fund usage, and preparing reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in social services, public administration, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
