Junior Estimator

We are looking for a Junior Estimator/Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team working from our office located in Brisbane
Responsibilities may include:
- Send out tender documents to sub-contractors and suppliers for quoting and assisting with any queries.
- Estimating and preparation of tenders including tender comparisons for review.
- Assist in preparing Sub-Contract Agreements and Purchase Orders for contractors and suppliers.
- Assist in preparing extensions of time and client variations according to contractual obligations and works performed.
- Assist project managers with scheduling / programming of works.
- Assist in preparation of project cash flows for review and provide accurate final budgeting forecasts.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction is preferred not essential
- Previous experience within the construction industry is favourable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A high level of computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Driver's Licence.
