Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.

  • Can do attitude- Coffee making experience will be a plus but if you don't have it we are happy to train.

  • Ensure a clean and inviting dining area by promptly clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness standards.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure timely and coordinated service.

  • Uphold a positive and team-oriented atmosphere in the front of the house.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not necessary.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
