Stringers Sorrento

Darling Group is looking for a Providore Supervisor to join our team at Stringers Sorrento. The Providore Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our boutique grocery providing a wide range of produce, antipasti, gourmet sandwich selection, finish at home meals, local wines and coffee.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of providore
- Manage food inventory, stock rotation and ordering
- Manage providore team training & rostering
- Manage and build relationships with suppliers
- Visual merchandising
- Lead and drive the team to achieve sales
- Be inspired to bring new ideas

**Experience & Skills**:

- Passion for food, wine, coffee and customer service
- You have a positive, can-do outlook
- You are an excellent communicator, organiser and delegator
- You remain calm under stress and can multi-task with swift efficiency
- You have previous experience within a similar fast paced environment in retail or hospitality
- Exceptional presentation and grooming
- Visual merchandising experience preferred
- Barista experience is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

**Salary**: $28.57 - $35.72 per hour
