About the Job
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced, dynamic professional to join the team at the Shire of Esperance in the role of Manager Human Resources.
This is a full time position, working 38 hours per week.
About you
In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading HR functions, ideally within local government or complex environments.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for people, culture, and innovation.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- High level of integrity, adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.

- An annual salary of $130, $152, plus superannuation) will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

- The option of one Rostered Day off (RDO) every 4 weeks.
