Bartender

ACH Wine Bar is looking for a new bartender We are a Middle Eastern restaurant located in Hamilton, seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. We have 15-25 hours available currently with growth across our venues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages
- Create innovative cocktails for our seasonal cocktail list
- Maintain bar stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Batch cocktails efficiently for quick service during busy times
- Demonstrate knowledge of wines, including recommendations for our guests
- Keep the bar area clean and organised
- Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to enhance guest experience
- Run food orders to tables, ensuring timely and accurate service

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 Years experience bartending
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology and wine
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Weekend availability

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
