About the Role:

You'll be part of a high-performing finance team that supports a truly global brand. Responsibilities include managing daily finance functions, assisting with external Audits, monthly reporting, assisting in delivering insight to key stakeholders company wide and contributing to ad-hoc projects. This role will give you exposure to all aspects of accounting while partnering with teams across the business to drive further success.

This isn't your typical back-office role – you'll have a voice, ownership, and real influence in how we operate across Australia, the US, the UK and Europe. We're looking for someone driven, curious, and commercially minded – someone who challenges the status quo and uses financial data to shape smarter business decisions.

You'll receive full development support, from understanding what drives an eCommerce business at its core to building the skills that will support your long-term career growth. As part of a close-knit, high-trust team, you'll work directly with leaders across every department, including our founders and directors, gaining unique exposure to strategic decision-making and the commercial drivers behind a global brand. About the team:

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounting for all entities in the Group (Australian and overseas), including associated reconciliations within Xero and Excel.
• Assist with performing Accounts Receivable / Payable Officer duties including processing of bills and invoices.
• Assist with the preparation of management accounts/annual financial statements for multiple entities.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly BAS (and other compliance requirements of our overseas operations) in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with ad hoc commercial projects and business improvement initiatives.
• Where necessary, undertake data analysis across all business lines to assist the finance department in providing timely and actionable value-adding insights.
• Where necessary, provide assistance to the wider finance team in performing their duties to ensure timely compilation of reports.
• Maintaining Director and Managers confidence by keeping all financial information confidential.

About you:

If this is the role for you, you must be degree qualified or completing a related degree (CA/CPA qualified or working towards is preferable but not required), and show you are a capable problem-solver, an independent thinker, have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and you take a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
