Liaison & Logistics Coordinator
About the role
This is a key role at the heart of our operations. You'll be the vital link between customers, our installation teams, and suppliers — making sure jobs run smoothly, stock is where it needs to be, and our customers are kept in the loop every step of the way.
Your days will be varied and fast-moving, with a mix of office-based coordination, customer communication, and hands-on stock control in our warehouse. You'll take pride in keeping things organised, accurate, and moving forward without a hitch.
In this role you will:
Manage jobs from start to finish in our Job Management System.
Schedule installations and coordinate with our field teams.
Organise freight and deliveries so everything arrives on time.
Order and receive stock, keeping our system and warehouse up-to-date.
Maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organised warehouse.
Be the main point of contact for customers from day one to job completion.
What you'll bring
Confidence with computers and job/stock management systems.
Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Clear and friendly communication with customers, suppliers, and teammates.
Quick problem-solving with a practical, can-do attitude.
A keen eye for keeping stock levels accurate and processes smooth.
Valid driver's licence and forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/inventory management systems
Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or similar coordination roles
Ability to safely lift and move items up to 20kg as required
The kind of person we're looking for
We hire for attitude as much as skills. You'll be a great fit if you are:
Reliable and accountable – people can trust you to deliver.
A strong communicator – respectful, clear, and approachable.
A team player – happy to lend a hand wherever it's needed.
Positive and resilient – keeping things moving even when plans change.
Detail-focused – you take pride in getting it right the first time.
Proactive – you spot what needs doing and make it happen.
Why join Genr8 Energy?
You'll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team working with cutting-edge renewable technology — and making a real difference for our customers and community.
If you're ready to bring your organisational skills, positive energy, and love for getting things done, we'd love to hear from you.
