We're looking for enthusiastic Sales Consultants to become a valued part of our high-performing Commercial Property Fund. With warm investor leads, great hourly rate and commission structure, you'll grow your income while making a difference for our investors.You'll call warm, inbound leads from potential investors who are interested in the Deltine Motel Fund.We're looking for sharp, results-driven communicators to join our capital raising team. Here's what you can look forward to:$50/hr + uncapped commission (OTE $180,000 per year)Choose your own hours – either part-time or up to 7 hours per day (Monday-Friday 9:30 am – 4:30pm)Ongoing training and career developmentAbout the CompanyThe Deltine High Yield Motel Fund, helps Australian investors earn high returns from vanilla buy-and-hold property backed commercial property investing. The fund is consolidating the very fragmented motel sector in Australia – the same way pubs, childcare and self-storage has been consolidated in recent history.Deltine will buy 50 motels over the next 5 years – packaging these high yielding, low risk commercial property investments for sophisticated investors. The fund is very attractive with target income yields of >10%, with total investment returns exceeding 20% per annum over a 5 year fund term (without development risk). Deltine Capital ensures low risk through a diversified multi-asset property portfolio, low debt levels, AFSL compliance, and independent Trustee oversight.What You'll DoCall warm leads (potential investors) to understand their needs through structured questioning – make them feel heard, and valuedBuild relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.Update and maintain the CRM system with notes and call activity.Effectively explain details about the property fund, including returns, investment strategy, key features, and other relevant details.Show resilience and maintain motivation while handling a high volume of consecutive calls.If potential investors require more detailed information, set appointments for them to speak with our Head of Investor Relations or our CEO.Every step is backed by coaching, performance data, FAQ resources and a team built to help you win.Stay informed on the fund as it acquires new properties and grows.What You'll BringSuccessful candidates will have a proven track record of sales success within property investment, mortgage broking, finance or related industryMust be finance savvy with an understanding of property fundsA team-focused mindset and strong motivation to achieve goalsClear communication and problem-solving skills to support customer decisions through the art of objection handling.Ability to build rapport fast and tailor your pitchOpenness to coaching and a desire to keep learning.Experience NeededYou must have experience in sales, customer service, or phone-based roles.
