The Role

As Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of daily operations, guest experience and front-of-house leadership for a new venue opening in the coming weeks. You'll set the tone for service, guide a talented team and collaborate closely with the kitchen and ownership to shape something distinctive.

Your focus will be on:

  • Leading, developing and inspiring a confident, capable service team
  • Creating a guest experience that feels polished yet effortless
  • Overseeing rosters, reservations, stock control and venue performance
  • Supporting financial targets through sound management and reporting
  • Working collaboratively across departments to maintain consistency and flow
  • Bringing ideas to evolve systems, service and culture as the venue grows

About You

We're seeking someone with:

  • Experience in venue or restaurant management within a quality-focused environment
  • Natural leadership skills and a calm, professional approach to problem-solving
  • A strong grasp of service standards, POS and booking systems along with financial awareness
  • Genuine passion for food, wine and the art of hosting
  • A collaborative mindset open, communicative, and invested in team success
