About the role, what are we looking for?

If you enjoy working in the hospitality industry and want to advance your career, we have an exciting full-time position available at Gage Roads Fremantle for a hospitality supervisor. As a supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the venue. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience, that staff are well-trained and motivated. A hospitality supervisor is responsible for a wide range of tasks, these may include managing and coordinating food and beverage operations, training staff, handling customer complaints, managing health and safety standards.. There are opportunities that come with this role. These include developing skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry, advancing to higher-level positions, earning a competitive salary and benefits depending on experience and performance, meeting new people, and making a positive impact on the guest experience and business success at Gage Roads Fremantle.

Skills and Experiences:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry, in a supervisory or managerial role is essential
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills as well as strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • knowledge of hospitality operations, standards, and best practices is needed.
  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and handle customer requests as well as proficiency in point-of-sale systems are required.
  • Flexibility to work on different shifts, weekends and holidays is necessary.
