Job Summary:
The Boyer Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and sales-driven Admin Manager to take full ownership of our administrative operations. As the administrative leader, you will be the driving force behind day-to-day coordination and execution.
This leadership role will see you scheduling staff, fostering strong relationships with our front-of-house team, and overseeing all scheduling and logistics, including creating detailed itineraries for activities and events across Melbourne. You will also play a key role in relationship management and use your sales expertise to convert leads through phone outreach and various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the administrative lead, overseeing all administrative functions.
- Schedule staff and maintain strong working relationships with the front-of-house team.
- Take ownership of scheduling and logistics, including creating detailed itineraries for activities and events around Melbourne
- Build and maintain positive relationships with staff to ensure a cohesive work environment.
- Convert sales leads through proactive outreach via phone and multiple online platforms.
- Manage and update data across multiple portals and systems with accuracy.
- Maintain and organize spreadsheets and other records.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative management or operations leadership role
- Strong scheduling, logistics, and itinerary planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience converting leads
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and relevant digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with system portals or data management tools is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
