.
With pioneering tech, a diverse lending panel, and a talented team, we've revolutionised the business lending game. We bring the human touch to finance, making it accessible to Aussie SMEs and streamlining the (traditionally tedious) application process. We work with over 80 leading lenders to wow our clients with a seamless experience, from their initial enquiry through to settling funds.
Our global Enterprise technology arm provides embedded finance experience and orchestration infrastructure to enterprise clients. We pride ourselves on building and delivering category-leading tech products across the US, Australia and the UK for top-tier global businesses. We have a strong growth agenda and are always looking for top talent to join the pursuit of our vision to "unleash the economic potential of every idea"
We're looking for a motivated and user-centric Product Lead to join our small, fast-moving Enterprise technology team and help us continue to build and innovate our award-winning platform. You will own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, working with a passionate and high performance team to create products that solve real-world problems for global businesses.
About the Role

Your strong communication skills will be crucial as you collaborate with our talented engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In addition to this, you will:

- Define and analyse metrics to measure the success of your products
- Author clear and concise user stories, requirements and product documentation
- Utilise AI tools to rapidly design and prototype and accelerate product development process
- Participate in product lifecycle rituals and help remove blockers to ensure the team can execute quickly
- Champion a customer-first, product-led mindset across the organisation
