Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), we're a leading commercial, rural and personal lines insurer and a top-three provider of workers compensation insurance.     Your Role  Joining the CGU Underwriting & Product Team as a Lead Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the operational plan for the end-to-end lifecycle management of individual products and entire product classes. This role is central to ensuring our products are not only aligned with the department's overall product strategy but also meet all regulatory, legislative, and reinsurance treaty requirements. You'll be accountable for ensuring our offerings deliver on customer expectations while driving key operational objectives related to product health, customer growth, and retention.   Leveraging comprehensive data and market research, you'll guide product enhancements that support strategic goals and improve performance across the portfolio. Beyond lifecycle management, you'll influence the definition of strategy and vision for both individual products and broader product classes. You'll be instrumental in identifying and implementing business improvements, while fostering collaboration across distribution, portfolio, digital, and other cross-functional teams.   Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll help build market-leading products on new technology platforms, significantly impacting product performance and profitability across IAG's portfolio.
