Civiltrak Sydney is seeking an experienced and highly capable Civil Supervisor/Foreman to join our growing team. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of project delivery, and maintains strong relationships with builders, subcontractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations across civil, demolition, and excavation activities
  • Oversee bulk and detailed excavation works, piling, capping beams, shotcrete, and ground anchors
  • Manage demolition works in accordance with safety and environmental requirements
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and WHS regulations
  • Liaise professionally with builders, engineers, subcontractors, and internal management
  • Plan works efficiently, maintain timelines, and problem-solve proactively
  • Monitor site documentation, reporting, and progress updates to upper management
Requirements
  • 5–10 years' experience in civil construction supervision or foreman roles
  • Strong experience in bulk excavation, detailed excavation, piling, capping beams, shotcrete, ground anchors, and demolition
  • Valid White Card
  • Demolition Supervisor Ticket (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with site teams and senior management
  • Ability to work autonomously while leading teams safely and effectively
