The Role

We're seeking an experienced Formwork Foreman / Site Manager to oversee daily formwork operations. You'll be responsible for coordinating site teams, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise onsite formwork teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Oversee setup, and removal of formwork in accordance with drawings and engineering requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain program alignment.
  • Monitor workforce performance, productivity, and compliance with WHS standards.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, Daily Prestart , and maintain strong housekeeping standards.
  • Manage site resources including formwork materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Report progress, issues, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
  • Uphold quality, schedule, and cost objectives across all site activities.
Skills & Experience
  • proven experience in formwork operations (foreman/site management).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of formwork systems, drawings, and engineering requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Work health & Safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Current NSW driver's license and flexibility to travel to various sites across Sydney.
  • High level of reliability, integrity, and a hands-on approach to work.
