The Role/About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager within our Port Melbourne office to lead a small team and deliver on growth targets, whilst ensuring we retain and grow existing customers via our broad product category portfolio.
As a key member of the national Sales Leadership Team, your lead-by-example approach, along with your experience and capability in both people leadership and business development will be integral to your success.
You will develop initiatives to create high levels of employee engagement and performance, ultimately translating to exceptional results. You will also drive the development of new customer acquisitions through strategic business development planning and execution.
Staying up to date on industry trends and market conditions to ensure our offerings are relevant and market competitive is a core accountability.
Your Profile/About You
You will need to demonstrate a high level of depth and success in both Sales Leadership and Business Development. Put simply you grow high performing teams, you engage readily with decision-makers and know how to articulate a value proposition to deliver sales success.
Your ability to quickly build credibility with people at all levels and flex between operational and strategic initiatives are critical ingredients to your impact.
